Terms & Conditions
Please read these carefully to ensure that you are happy to proceed with booking: |
General Conditions
PANOS TRAVEL LTD, has reserved rooms in various price category hotels in Athens.
Requests for accommodation are handled on a First come – First served basis and can only be made on the official Individual hotel booking form, one per room or via the on line booking system.
Please send your booking form together with the payment corresponding to the requested hotel.
Telephone requests cannot be accepted.
PANOS TRAVEL LTD, reserves the right to confirm bookings in other price categories if the requested category is fully booked. Hotel reservations will only be confirmed by PANOS TRAVEL LTD upon receipt of the payment (see payment section).
Confirmations are sent by e-mail. If you do not receive any confirmation within 14 days, it is your responsibility to check back with PANOS TRAVEL LTD.
Your request and acceptance of our conditions is considered firm and the cancellation conditions apply as soon as a room has been booked.
Payments
All prices quoted are in Euro and payments in other currencies are not accepted.
By Credit Card: Visa – MasterCard.
Full pre-payment corresponding to the requested hotel and room type.
Please enter all relevant information on the individual hotel form and sign for authorisation. It is imperative that the credit card holder name is clearly mentioned if it differs from the guest name.
By Bank Transfer:
Full pre-payment in Euros corresponding to the requested hotel and room type. (The actual amount received by PANOS TRAVEL will be applied. Bank charges are not covered by PANOS TRAVEL).
Please make sure that the name of the participant is mentioned on the bank transfer. Unidentified bank transfers cannot be processed.
We accept bank transfers until 30 days prior to the congress.
Bank transfer in Euros should be sent to PANOS TRAVEL LTD.
Cancellation Policy
For any cancellations made until 29 June 2012, no cancellation fee will be charged.
For any cancellations made from 30 June 2012 till 03 September 2012, two nights cancellation fees will be charged.
For any cancellations made AFTER 03 September 2012, no refunds will be made.
Modification Conditions
All changes must be made in writing and are subject to Hotels’ availability.
PANOS TRAVEL LTD cannot guarantee that modifications submitted after 15 October 2012 can be made. |
